Moisson Partners Inc. is not an auction site. We believe the best transactions come from finding the right cultural, service, and strategic fit between buyers and sellers, and between advisors and destination firms.
We routinely match buyers and sellers. Many buyer clients retain us to identify appropriate practices to acquire, often with the seller’s leadership remaining after closing.
We also represent destination firms offering advisors working relationship options and valuable resources, including succession solutions, family office services, infrastructure, public and private investments, tax planning and preparation, and financial and estate planning.
After 30 years in the business, we have relationships with hundreds of firms and advisors who would consider acquiring or bringing on advisors and teams but may not be proactively searching, in favor of being opportunistic when a good fit comes along. That network gives us the ability to uncover opportunities that traditional auction processes often miss.
If you’d like to explore your options, selling, finding a successor, or joining a firm for greater resources, we can discreetly introduce you to a select group of firms that align with your goals and criteria.
How it works:
Fill out the short questionnaire below and email it directly to our Founder, Casey Corrie. There is a Non-Disclosure form included, as we will never reveal your name or other identifying information to anyone without your permission.
Upon completion of the review, if qualified you will receive a link to set an appointment with Casey to have a confidential conversation to plan next steps.
We will then look at numerous firms and come back to you with at least two firms that fit to consider speaking with. If you are not interested in these, we will suggest others that fit you if you wish.
If you decide you want to speak with them, you will sign off on releasing your information and set up a meeting. This will generally be a Zoom call between you, the firm, and with Casey in attendance.
Buyers and destination firms pay our fees, so there is no charge to you.
Moisson Partners, Inc., believes a successful transition of clients and assets depends on all parties feeling good about the transaction, and confident about what comes after closing. We work closely with both sides to find common ground in culture and service models, understand concerns, and address potential pain points before they become obstacles.
We are consultants, rather than business brokers, so we work with all parties as advocates for a deal and transition everyone will be pleased about in the years to come, up to and beyond Closing.
