Moisson Partners Inc is the successor firm, formed by the consultants of our former company, The Moisson Group, Inc, which was founded in 1996. For our first decade, we were a retained executive search firm, focused on the institutional investment management arena.

In the years leading up to 2010, we began to shift our emphasis to the Advisory arena. In 2010, when we became Moisson Partners, Inc., our focus changed entirely to advisory firms and we became a consulting firm, offering services in merger, acquisition, succession planning, and practice management. We created The Empathetic Buyer™ Process, a trademarked process to bring together buyers and sellers who, after an extremely comprehensive analysis, can feel comfortable that all parties, including the clients, are moving forward under the most favorable conditions. Most important is that the parties are heard, and their wishes respected. We also employ this Process to design and implement Continuity and Succession Plans. We maintain that the buying or selling of an advisory firm, is not like a transaction involving “widgets,” or even most other service industries. The buying or selling of relationships, even as they are represented by assets, is a unique transaction and must be treated as such. Our job is to help.
